David Kadamus has resided in Madison since 1980. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a B.A. in Political Science from Hobart College. Currently he is the President and CEO of Sightlines, a firm that David founded in 2000 to assist colleges and universities in managing campus physical assets (buildings and grounds). Over its life, Sightlines has grown and now services over 325 campuses in 39 states across the country. Prior to founding Sightlines, he worked for 18 years at Facilities Resource Management Company (FRM) where he rose to Vice President. FRM provided outsourcing services for colleges to manage their facilities. Over the years, Mr. Kadamus has been very active in the community both as a coach in the town's youth recreation programs, an active parent in Madison Schools, and as an active participant in town planning and committees. In the mid 1990's he assisted in developing the Madison Schools Master Plan for facility renewal and expansion. Additionally from 2003 to 2010 he was chairman of the Madison Economic Development Commission. A key accomplishment of the EDC at this time was the development of a Long Rang Vision Plan for Bradley Road and the downtown area.
David's wife Pam is a lifelong resident of Madison. They have six children and remain active members in the community. David and Pam are members of Madison Country Club and the Madison Beach Club.
