  3. Discuss and take action to approve the following Resolution:

    Be it resolved that the Board of Selectmen approve the appointment of Erin Johnson, contingent upon the terms set forth in the Conditional Offer of Employment dated January 24, 2018, to the budgeted position of Tax Collector, Unaffiliated, Salary Grade 13, Step 3, 2080 hours annually. The vacancy has been created by the retirement of the Director of Town Services. The start date for Ms. Johnson shall be February 20, 2018.
