  1. Discuss and take action on a Proclamation for Green Up, Clean Up Day.
  2. Discuss and take action on proclaiming Sunday, February 25, 2018 Madison Olympians Day in honor of Olympic skiers Mac Bohonnon and Kiley McKinnon, and figure skater Zach Donohue.
  3. Discuss and take action to call a Budget Public Hearing on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Walter C. Polson Middle School for the purpose of a budget presentation by the Board of Selectmen and the Board of Education conducted by the Board of Finance in accordance with the Town Charter (10.5.A).
  4. Discuss and take action to award the bid for the Brown Middle School electrical upgrades project.
  5. Discuss and take action to award the RFP for the 2017 Small Cities Community Development Program Application process for Concord Meadows Retirement Community.
  6. Discuss and take action to authorize the First Selectman to sign an Environmental Review Record pertaining to the Concord Meadows Condominiums.
  7. Discuss and take action to award the bid for the Construction of Fire Protection Water Storage Tank project.
  8. Discuss and take action to award the bid for the Provision of Fire Protection Water Storage Tank project.
  9. Discuss and take action to approve the submission of the funding application for the Heatherwood Drive bridge project, and for the First Selectman to sign the same.
  10. Discuss incorporating the funding of $275,000 for the Heatherwood Drive bridge project into the 5-year Capital Plan.
  11. Review RFP for Town Strategic Plan.
  12. Discuss Proposed Town Fracking Waste Ban Ordinance and timeline.
  13. Discuss and take action to approve a Resolution banning the use of fracking related waste for any town project.

  15. Discuss and take action to accept the resignation of Mike Ciotti from the Beach & Recreation Commission.
