ACADEMY SCHOOL PROJECT
PUBLIC HEARING


The legal voters of the Town of Madison are hereby warned and notified that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Workshop on Monday, February 12, 2018 and Tuesday, February 13, 2018, and a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 22, 2018; each at 7:00 p.m. in the Polson School Auditorium. 

The purpose of the Public Workshops will be to:


1. Allow for two developers to present their proposals on each evening. Developers will have 30 minutes to present and 30 minutes for a Question & Answer session. 


The purpose of the Public Hearing will be to:
  1. Solicit additional public input on ranking the eligible pool of developers.
  2. Presentation of the initial financial analysis for all developers.
