NEW BUSINESS

5. Review contract negotiations between the Board of Education and the Association of Madison Administrators (AMA). 

6. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request not to exceed $35,000 for the purchase of the year-one Communications Equipment phase-in as modified for the equipment and pricing approved during the Capital Improvement Program.

7. Discuss and take action to enter into a lease purchase agreement between the Town of Madison and Ford Municipal Credit for (5) Town vehicles, as approved in the Capital Improvement Program. 

8. Discuss general topics for regulation review to be considered by the CIP. 

9. Review of Financials.

10. Citizen comments.

11. Liaison Reports and Report from First Selectman.
