8203.  37 Highland Terrace.  Map 12, Lot 132.  R-4 District.  Owners/Applicants:  Robert and Leslie Mallimson.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(a) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a front yard setback of 24.3ft. where 30 feet is required to permit addition of a 5 ft. north side dormer to a nonconforming structure.  

8204.  38 Old Route 79.  Map 48, Lot 51.  R-1 District.  Owner:  Kincast, LLC; Applicant:  JW Homes, LLC.  Request to vary Sec. 3.6(a) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow 16.2 ft. to covered entry to replace existing, 18.8 ft. to new front dormer, and 18.7 ft. to new deck, where 40 ft. is required to a non-conforming structure.

8157 EXT.  26 Gull Rock Road.  Applicant:  Billy Budd.  Modification of variance to eliminate the requirement of Sec. 13.6 pertaining to obtaining a certificate of occupancy within two (2) years.  

8025 Mod. EXT.  101 East Wharf Road.  Applicant:  Tony Terry.  Modification of variance to eliminate the requirement of Sec. 13.6 pertaining to obtaining a certificate of occupancy within two (2) years.
