NEW BUSINESS

  1. Discuss and take action on approve the donation of the Strong Field Plaza, totaling $223,300.
  2. Discuss and take action to accept a donation from Ric Duques in the amount of $22,212 to hire Christensen Landscape to perform the invasive species removal and planting project at West Wharf.
  3. Discuss and take action to close the LOCAP Town Campus Playground Account.
  4. Discuss the Capital Project Budgeting process presented by the Board of Selectmen.
  5. Discuss and take action on recommended modifications to the CIP regulation.
  6. Review of Financials.
