  1. Discuss and take action to approve a Board of Finance Chairperson.
  2. Discuss and take action to approve a Board of Finance Vice Chairperson.
  3. Discuss and take action to approve Board of Finance Liaison assignments.
  4. Discuss and take action to appoint two members to the Capital Improvement Program Committee.
  5. Discuss Board of Finance Binder and Initial Workshop.
  6. Discuss and take action to approve the 2018 Board of Finance Meeting Schedule.
  7. Discuss Budget Workshop Schedule.
  8. Discuss and take action on an Annual Senior Center Membership Fee.
  9. Discuss and take action to approve the transfer of property taxes to suspense based on recommendation from the Tax Collector.
  10. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Tax Department in the amount of $3,000 to fund the prior year account based on pro-ration of motor vehicle bills for the 2015 grand list which resulted in overpayments.
  11. Discuss and take action to accept a Department of Public Health Preventive Health Services Grant; this is a reimbursement grant which will not exceed $4,224.00.
  12. Discuss and take action to approve a Line Item Transfer from the Health Department in the amount of $700.00.
  13. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Public Works Department in the amount of $30,519.50 to fund materials for septic system installations and service for main electrical work for the Strong Center Field Houses.
  14. Discuss and take action to approve funding the Heatherwood Bridge Replacement Structural Analysis in the amount of $5,000 from the planning / reserve account.
  15. Discuss and take action to close the Polson Roof Phase III Account.
  16. Discuss and take action to close the Island Ave Tank Removal Account.
  17. Discuss and take action to close the Madison Youth and Family Services Basement Project Account.
