NEW BUSINESS

  1. Discuss and take action to approve a Proclamation for Chief Adrian Ellsworth Bassett.
  2. Discuss and take action to approve a Line-Item Transfer request of $281,400.73 from Salary Adjustments (1-100-8100-0000-1330-830-00) for Salary Reconciliation into Town departments.
  3. Review of Public Act 17-165 - Recovery of Health Insurance Payments from a 3rd Party.
  4. Discuss and take action to approve a recommendation from the Ad-Hoc Pension RFP Selection Committee to continue services through GYL Synergies.
  5. Discuss and take action to approve the First Selectman signing an Interlocal Agreement between the towns of Madison and Killingworth for the County Road Bridge construction, maintenance and repair.
  6. Discuss and take action to approve the following resignations of Elected Officials from Appointive Commissions:
    • Judith Friedman from the Fireman’s Benefit Committee
    • Judith Friedman from the Police Retirement Committee
    • Judith Friedman from the Assessment Board of Appeals
    • Judith Friedman from the Employee Retirement Board
    • Emily Rosenthal from the Beach & Recreation Commission
    • Madhavan Parthasarthy from the Planning and Zoning Commission Alternate
    • Kenneth Kaminsky from the Zoning Board of Appeals
  7. Appointments:
    • Terry Kensler to the Shellfish Commission for a term to expire on January 1, 2022.
    • Eric Thal to the Shellfish Commission (from Alternate) for a term to expire on January 1, 2021.
    • Giselle McDowall to the Planning & Zoning Commission Alternates for a term to expire January 1, 2018.
