MADISON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

At a meeting held on November 14, 2017, the Board took the following action:

8205+CSP.  113 Buffalo Bay.  Map 13, Lot 1.  R-3 District.  Owners/Applicants:  Sandy & Lewis Bates.  Request to vary Sec. 2.9 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow west side setback of 17 ft. 1 in. and east side setback of 15 ft. 8 in. where 34 ft. is required to permit construction of new dwelling.  Coastal Site Plan Review required.  Approved.  Coastal Site Plan Review Approved.
