OLD BUSINESS
  1. Discuss and take action on adopting a resolution for management and expenditure of bequest from the estate of Milton S. Marcus. (tabled 4/25/12)

NEW BUSINESS
  1. Discuss and take action on the following Special Appropriation requests from Public Works. (Pending BOS approval on 5/14/12)
    $13,000 – Due to increasing gasoline/diesel unit prices, additional funding is needed to provide fuel for Town vehicles.

  2. Discuss and take action on Special Appropriation request from Police Department for additional funding to provide fuel for Police vehicles. (Pending BOS approval on 5/14/12)
    $22,000 – Due to increasing gasoline/diesel unit prices, additional funding is needed to provide fuel for Police vehicles.

  3. Discuss and take action on Special Appropriation request from Animal Control for additional funding to provide fuel for the Animal Control vehicle. (Pending BOS approval on 5/14/12)
    $1,800 – Due to increasing gasoline/diesel unit prices, additional funding is needed to provide fuel for Animal Control Vehicle.

  4. Discuss and take action on setting the mil rate for 2012-2013 Fiscal Year.

  5. The following line transfers are designated as routine and appropriate for approval as a single action by the Board of Finance, if so desired. A board member may request removal of any line transfer item from the consent agenda for review and discussion. (Pending BOS approval on 5/14/12)
