June is Dog License Renewal Month!

Every dog, except dogs kept under a kennel license as provided in section 22-342, must be licensed when it becomes six months old and then annually in June. The Madison Town Clerk issues licenses for the dogs of residents of Madison, Connecticut.

All dogs whose license's are renewed during the month of June will be entered in a special drawing.

The winning entrant (picked at random) will receive Tag No. 1!

2010 Winner: Meg

Congratulations to our 2010 Top Dog Winner, Meg, a ten year old apricot miniature poodle. Meg is owned by Beth Skelly although she was accompanied by Beth’s mother, Pam, (as seen in photo) to accept her #1 tag. Meg also shares a home with Mocha, a four year old toy poodle. Many thanks to Angus, last years winner for drawing Meg’s name.
