MEDICAL INFORMATION If you want information on almost any medical subject, from Acne to Yersinia, or want to access a clinical trial on celiac disease, a flick of your index finger will bring you instant access to the world's largest medical library. The National Library of Medicine, part of the National Institute of Health, maintains a comprehensive medical web site including information on clinical trials, medical news, hot topics and active and past research papers. Not all fish is safe to eat due to contamination from chemicals such as mercury, PCB's or Chlordane. The Connecticut Department of Public Health publishes two fact sheets advising residents about safe levels of fish consumption. Both fact sheets are available at the town campus and at the E. C.
