ADA HOME

The Madison Americans with Disabilities Act Committee to known as the Madison ADA Committee is hereby charged with the following:

1. Review publications and regulations pertaining to the Americans with Disabilities Act
2. Conduct field observations of properties owned/leased and/or under the jurisdiction of the Town of Madison
3. Identify deficiencies, barriers, inaccessibility's, improper designs in accordance with ADA requirements
4. Prioritize and list compliance designs, repairs, retro-fits and a timetable for implementation
5. Develop estimated budget for items noted in #4 including priority listing
6. Coordinate with Communications Committee a community relations program to inform and educate the public.
