Below you will find the American's with Disabilities Act Self Evaluation Report of the Town of Madison, CT as conducted by the Madison ADA Committee and presented to the Board of Selectmen in their meeting held on March 10, 2003.

The report contains conclusions of the field observations of properties owned or leased under the jurisdiction of the Town of Madison as concluded by the Madison ADA Committee.

This report is to remain available for public review for a minimum of 30 days from the date of this letter.
