Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
From EAP: It takes just 6 minutes for you and your employees to be up-to-date on the latest benefits that your EAP offers with our recently updated on-line Employee Orientation Video!
Access the Employee Orientation Video from our website: www.theEAP.com, in two locations. 
1. From the home page, simply click on "Orientation Video" found in the left column.
2. After logging into the Employee/Family Login section, you will find the new video listed on the left column under "How to Use Your EAP".

Managing Your Health Insurance

Employees who participate in the Town of Madison and Madison Public Schools health insurance plans are encouraged to visit the Anthem website at www.anthem.com.

By registering under "myanthem", you can manage your health benefits information in a fast and convenient fashion. Through member self-service you can: check the status of a claim, new membership information, change your primary care physician, if applicable, update your address and request a new identification card. One of the most interesting features is being able to see the VALUE of your health insurance and what's being paid on your behalf. To log on to MyAnthem featuring online member services, visit www.anthem.com >Members> click on MyAnthem Login > enter your information and look at your own very specific and secure information.
