LEGAL NOTICE

 

At a meeting held on February 6, 2012, the Agency took the following action:

11-25:  76 & 80 Island Avenue.  Map 27, Lots 27 & 26.  Owners:  Thomas & Chris Pajonas & Cecily A. Mader.  Regulated Activity Permit to demolish existing dwelling and construct new dwelling at #80 Island Avenue with new septic system, relocation of existing drain, grading, driveway within 100 ft. wetlands review area, filling of wetlands and design mitigation; also addition to #76 Island Avenue within 100 ft. review area.  Approved with conditions.

07-07 Ext. 1 Bishop Lane.  Map 50, Lot 17.  Owner/Applicant:  Shoreline Warehousing LLC.  Extension of Regulated Activity Permit approved on July 2, 2007, for construction of building, and parking and driveway area within 100 ft. of wetlands.  Approved.
