Notice is hereby given that the Agency will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 6, 2012, 8:00 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, Madison, Connecticut, to consider the following:

11-25:  76 & 80 Island Avenue.  Map 27, Lots 27 & 26.  Owners:  Thomas & Chris Pajonas & Cecily A. Mader.  Regulated Activity Permit to demolish existing dwelling and construct new dwelling at #80 Island Avenue with new septic system, relocation of existing drain, grading, driveway within 100 ft. wetlands review area, filling of wetlands and design mitigation; also addition to #76 Island Avenue within 100 ft. review area.

At this hearing, written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard.  The above application is available for inspection in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
