LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF MADISON
ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

The legal voters of the Town of Madison are hereby warned and notified that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Walter C. Polson Middle School. In the event of inclement weather, the meeting with be held on Monday, February 6, 2012. The purpose of this meeting is:

1. State of the Town Report


2. Five-Year Capital Plan


3. To receive the Annual Report of the permanent Boards, Commissions, Agencies, Committees and the Town's Auditor Report in accordance with Article II, Section 2.1.4.1 of the Town Charter.
