11-34DVD.  613 Boston Post Road.  Starbucks.  Map 38, Lot 66. D Zone.  Owner:  Boston Post Road Madison, LLC; Applicant:  Starbucks Coffee Company.  Site Plan Review Modification for interior seating renovations, addition of outdoor seating, and signage.  Approved.

11-35CSP.  27 Parker Lane.  Map 15, Lot 42. R-5 Zone. Owners/Applicants:  A. Patricelli & T. Norrdin.  Coastal Site Plan Review for proposed deck addition.  Approved.

11-36D.  203 Boston Post Road. Madison Chrysler.  Map 35, Lot 41. C Zone. Owner:  203 Boston post Road, LLC; Applicant:  Thomas A. Ruberti.  Site Plan Review for two additions to the service area of the building.  Approved with conditions.
