08-02D:  64 SURF CLUB ROAD.    Map 36, Lot 50.  R-2 Zone.  Owner/Applicant:  Town of Madison.  Special Exception Permit Modification for construction of two 8 ft. x 12 ft. pergolas.  APPROVED.

08-04CSP:  962 BOSTON POST ROAD. Map 28, Lot 144.  R-2 Zone.  Coastal Site Plan Review for construction of new dwelling within 100 ft. of a critical coastal resource.   APPROVED.
