At a meeting held on March 27, 2008, the Commission took the following action:

08-05 DVD:  11 LANTERN HILL ROAD.  Map 26, Lot 27.  R-1 Zone.  Owner/ Applicant:  Sandra W. Ferreira.  Downtown Village District review for construction of single family dwelling.  APPROVED.

08-08:  22 DURHAM ROAD.  Map 38, Lot 85.  D Zone.  Owner/Applicant:  Atlantic Holdings, LLC.  Special Exception Permit Modification to add business or personal services as a permitted use.  APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS.

ZONING REGULATIONS, Subdivision Regulations, and Soil Erosion Control and Sediment Regulations with revised printing date of March 13, 2008, accepted as the official versions.
