08-03 OSCD:  293 GREEN HILL ROAD.  Map 64, Lots 15.1 & 16.  RU-1 & RU-2 Zones.  Owner/Applicant:  Jeanne Vigen.  Regulation Amendment and Zone Change for Open Space Conservation District (OSCD) on a 5.93 acre parcel.

08-05 DVD:  11 LANTERN HILL ROAD.  Map 26, Lot 27.  R-1 Zone.  Owner/ Applicant:  Sandra W. Ferreira.  Downtown Village District review for construction of single family dwelling.
