MADISON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 8:00 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

08-06D:  99 DURHAM ROADMap 48, Lot 59.  R-1 Zone.  Owner:  Ronald E. Catania; Applicant:  Essex Savings Bank.  Special Exception Permit for financial institution use and building and site renovations.

08-09:  REGULATION AMENDMENT.  Applicant:  Peter Porrino.  Petition to amend Section 6.5.2 of the Madison Zoning Regulations (Rural Shopping District) to delete language excluding drive-up services for restaurants, and to add new Section 6.5.2g to permit accessory drive-up services with conditions.

At this hearing written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard.  Information on the above applications is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
