Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 15, 2008, at 8:00 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

08-06D:  99 DURHAM ROAD.  Map 48, Lot 59.  R-1 Zone.  Owner:  Ronald E. Catania; Applicant:  Essex Savings Bank.  Special Exception Permit for financial institution use and building and site renovations.

08-09:  REGULATION AMENDMENT.  Applicant:  Peter Porrino.  Petition to amend Section 6.5.2 of the Madison Zoning Regulations (Rural Shopping District) to delete language excluding drive-up services for restaurants, and to add new Section 6.5.2g to permit accessory drive-up services with conditions.
