ACCA encourages preliminary review as an opportunity to provide guidance to the applicatant and identify areas of concern or further study in order to minimize delay, expense and inconvenience to the applicatant upon future submission of a formal application. There is no fee for a preliminary review.

Conservation Commission
Applications to the Planning and Zoning Commission are referred to the Conservation Commission upon submittal. Planning and Zoning will seek Conservation Commission input on open space and environmental issues. To expedite the review process, applicants are strongly encouraged to begin a dialogue with the Conservation Commission prior to final design and submission of application. The information provided in the preliminary review form will facilitate this dialogue and early review. There is no fee for preliminary review.
