Preliminary ACCA Review

Preliminary Request For Conservation Commission Review

Applications to the Planning and Zoning Commission are referred to the Conservation Commission upon submittal.  The Commission will seek Conservation Commission input on open space and environmental issues. To expedite the review process, applicants are strongly encouraged to begin a dialogue with the Conservation Commission prior to final design and submission of an application. The information provided in the preliminary review form will facilitate this dialogue and early review. There is no fee for preliminary review.
