Notice is hereby given that the Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 19, 2012, at 8:00 p.m., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, to consider the following:

11-31D. 16 Fort Path Road.  Map 37/47, Lot 6/2.  Owner/Applicant:  Town of Madison.  Special Exception Permit Modification to install new above ground gasoline and diesel storage tanks and associated fuel dispensing equipment. 

At this hearing written communications will be received and interested parties will be heard.  Information on the above application is available in the Land Use Office, Madison Town Campus.
