10-04D+CSP: 167 NECK ROAD. Map 13, Lot 2. R-2 Zone. Owner: Sisters of Mercy of the Americas NE Community; Applicant: George Fellner, AIA. Special Exception Permit Modification to partially demolish and renovate main building with associated site improvements. Coastal Site Plan Review Required.
10-05D+CSP: 16 FORT PATH ROAD & 8 BRIDGE STREET. Madison Town Garage. Maps 37 & 47, Lots 6 & 2. LI District. Madison Town Garage. Owner/Applicant: Town of Madison. Special Exception Permit to demolish existing sand storage and garage buildings and construct new Highway Department garage building and salt storage building in two phases with associated site improvements. Coastal Site Plan Review Required.
