Electronics recycling collections are a free, public service provided by the Connecticut River Estuary Regional Planning Agency and the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority (CRRA). Residents of CRRA-member towns (of which Madison is one) may drop off obsolete or unrepairable items such as computer monitors, printers and televisions. These items are sorted and processed by a specially equipped, fully-permitted contractors hired by CRRA.
