SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

The legal voters of the Town of Madison are hereby warned and notified that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room C - Hammonasset Room – Town Campus for the following purpose:

1. To consider and take action on Special Appropriation request of $385,000 for Legal Services for insufficient funding available to support legal expenditures for the current fiscal year due to increased legal fees for Assessments, matters related to the Police Department and Pensions.
