LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF MADISON
RESCHEDULED ANNUAL TOWN MEETING

The legal voters of the Town of Madison are hereby warned and notified that the rescheduled Annual Town Meeting will be held on Monday, March 1, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the Walter C. Polson Middle School for the following purpose:

1. State of the Town Report

2. Five-Year Capital Plan

3. To receive the Annual Report of the permanent Boards, Commissions, Agencies, Committees and the Town’s Auditor Report in accordance with Article II, Section 2.1.4.1 of the Town Charter.

4. To consider and take action on transferring property from Neck River Farms Subdivision to the Madison Land Conservation Trust as recommended by the Board of Selectmen and approved by the Board of Finance.
