LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF MADISON
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING

The legal voters of the Town of Madison are hereby warned and notified that a Special Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Level of the Memorial Town Hall for the following purpose:

1. To consider and take action to discontinue the public road, Bridge Street, pursuant to §13a-49 of the General Statutes. The portion of Bridge Street to be discontinued runs from Fort Path Road to Copse Road and is more particularly shown on a map filed in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Madison entitled "Property Survey for the Town of Madison Fort Path Road, Copse Road and Bridge Street, Madison, CT", Sheet 1 of 1, Scale: 1"=40, Date: August 19, 2008, Prepared by: Anderson Engineering & Surveying Associates.

2. To consider and take action on Special Appropriation request of $123,000 for Employee Benefits/Severance.
