At a meeting held on April 1, 2008, the Board took the following action:

7810 EXT.: 18 LAWSON DRIVE. Map 28, Lot 16. R-2 Zone. Owners/ Applicants: Alice Reitz.  Request for one-year extension of variance to now expire on April 14, 2009.  GRANTED.

7951:  61 SOUNDVIEW AVENUE.  Map 7, Lot 3.  R-2 Zone.  Owners:  Robert and Amy Stefanowski; Applicant:  Deborah Judelson.  Appeal of Zoning Enforcement Officer permit approval for terrace and steps.  DECISION OF ZONING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER UPHELD IN PART; OVERTURNED IN PART.

7953+CSP:  80 OVERSHORES DRIVE EAST Map 25, Lot 27.  R-2 Zone.  Owners:  Elizabeth & Fred Afragola; Applicant:  Boris Pogacnik.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(d&f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow 12.5% area coverage and 5 ft. front yard variance to 2-½  story portion of house to permit existing non-conforming dwelling to be demolished and replaced with 2-½  story dwelling and attached garage in a more complying location.  Coastal Site Plan review required.  CONTINUED TO MAY 6, 2008.     

7954+CSP:  107 BLAKEMAN ROAD.  Map 24, Lot 118.  R-2 Zone.  Owners/ Applicants:  Owners/Applicants:  Robert A. & Ronny S. Levine.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(f) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow front yard variance of 12 ft. and rear yard variances of 7 ft. to overhang and 3 ft. to porch to permit existing non-conforming dwelling to be demolished and replaced with 2-story dwelling attached to existing non-conforming garage and raised to comply with the flood ordinance plus known storm surges.  Coastal Site Plan review required.  POSTPONED TO MAY 6, 2008.

7955:  102 HARTFORD AVENUE. Map 12, Lot 81.  R-2 Zone.  Owners:  Tyler Thorpe and Jeannette Ickovics.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(d&f) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow increase in area coverage from 13.2% to 13.8% and front yard variance of 10.9 ft. to 2-story addition, refurbished porch and roof deck to permit 2-story addition on non-conforming dwelling.  GRANTED WITH CONDITION.
