8094.   258 Mungertown Road.  Map 63, Lot 28.  RU-1 Zone.  Owner:  Brian Hughes; Applicant:  Duo Dickinson.  Request to vary Sec. 5.5(c) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow front yard setback line to be used as building line.

8095+CSP.  85 Soundview Avenue.  Map 7, Lot 7.  R-4 Zone.  Owner/Applicant: Jon S. Morrow. Request to vary Secs.3.6(d), 3.8(b&c) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit side yard variances of 4 ft. to one-story addition, and 8 ft. to basement hatch; permit 2,372 sq. ft. lot coverage where 2,152 sq. ft. is allowed; all to allow existing storm damaged house to be raised, construct new steps and entry, new family room, and expanded garage.

8097+CSP.  160a Middle Beach Road.  Map 17, Lot 64.  R-4 Zone.  Owners/Applicants:  Bruce & Dawn Beach.  Request to vary Sec. 2.17 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit a 26.9 ft. variance from the critical coastal resources to northeast corner and 26.1 ft. to northwest corner to allow construction of new 3-bedroom dwelling.

8098+CSP.  155 Overshores Drive West.  Map 14, Lot 10.  R-4 Zone.  Owners:  Robert J. & Adele M. Barnabei.  Request to vary Secs. 2.7.2, 3.6 and 2.17 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit a 1ft. 6 in. height variance, 10.75 rear yard variance, 7 ft. side yard variance, and 40.75 ft. coastal setback variance, 2,187 sq. ft. coverage where 1,984 sq. ft. is allowed to allow existing house to be elevated and moved  landward 9 ft 6 in. and add first floor deck.

8099.   152 Overshores Drive East.  Map 25, Lot 18.  R-4 Zone.  Owners:  Ernest & Patricia M. Anderson; Applicant:  Peter Springsteel Architect.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6 & 3.8 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow a 9 ft. front yard variance to open porch and 1,768 sq. ft. lot coverage where 1,048 sq. ft. is allowed to permit expanded first floor porch.
