8015: 94 EAST WHARF ROAD. Map 28, Lot 19. R-2 Zone. Owner: KBR Investment Trust; Applicants: Bill & Sarah Rickelman. Request to vary Secs. 3.6(d&f) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit 12.5% area coverage and 1.4 ft. side yard variance to one story reconstructed addition on south side, both to allow nonconforming structure to be remodeled and expanded.
