Notice is hereby given that the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, 7:00 P.M., Meeting Room A, Town Campus, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT, to consider the following:

7953+CSP:  80 OVERSHORES DRIVE EAST Map 25, Lot 27.  R-2 Zone.  Owners:  Elizabeth & Fred Afragola; Applicant:  Boris Pogacnik.  Request to vary Secs. 3.6(d&f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow 12.5% area coverage and 5 ft. front yard variance to 2-½  story portion of house to permit existing non-conforming dwelling to be demolished and replaced with 2-½  story dwelling and attached garage in a more complying location.  Coastal Site Plan review required.  Continued from April 1, 2008.          

7954+CSP:  107 BLAKEMAN ROAD.  Map 24, Lot 118.  R-2 Zone. Owners/Applicants:  Robert A. & Ronny S. Levine.  Request to vary Secs. 2.9/3.6(f) and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow large building front yard variances of 16 ft. to overhang, 12 ft. to porch, and 9 ft. to existing garage; and large building rear yard variances of 11 ft. to overhang and 7 ft. to porch, all to permit existing non-conforming dwelling to be demolished and replaced with 2-story dwelling attached to existing garage.  Coastal Site Plan review required.

7956+CSP:  7956+CSP:  107 LONG SHORE LANE.  Map 14, Lot 5.  R-2 Zone.  Owner:  107 Long Shore Lane, LLC; Applicant:  Gregg Fedus.  Request to vary Secs. 2.17 and 3.9/3.6(f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow critical coastal resources variance of 2 ft. and large building south side variance of 5.3 ft. to permit newly constructed house to remain; and critical coastal resource variance of 30 ft. to hot tub and 15 ft. to pool, and rear yard variance of 10 ft. to hot tub to permit installation of pool and hot tub.  Coastal Site Plan review required.

7957:  24 CORNFIELD LANE.  Map 146, Lot 79.  RU-1 Zone.  Owners:  Richard & Arlene Burke; Applicant:  MECS Inc.  Request to vary Sec. 11.2.1 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit poolhouse attached to pergola within 15 ft. of house to be considered an accessory building.

7959:  53 MADISON AVENUE.  Map 27, Lot 64.  R-2 Zone.  Owners/Applicants:  Christopher J. & Sherry T. Puricelli.  Request to vary Sec. 3.6(f) of the Madison Zoning Regulations to allow 3.6 ft. side yard variance to permit placement of air conditioning units.
