8054: 1250 DURHAM ROAD. Map 134, Lot 13. RU-1 Zone. Owners/Applicants: Robert and Melissa Blundon. Request to vary Secs. 4.1.2.9.1 and 11.1 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit 97 ft. front yard variance, 3 ft. side yard variance and 55 ft. variance to nearest existing building to allow accessory building in front yard.
8055: 1320 BOSTON POST ROAD. Map 31, Lot 44. Owners/Applicants: Pat & Chris Donahue. Request to vary Secs. 6.3 and 12.6 of the Madison Zoning Regulations to permit 23.9% area coverage and 27.4 ft. Boston Post Road front yard variance to allow covered stairway addition to nonconforming building.
