REAPPRAISAL AND REVALUATION SERVICES 


The Town of Madison will be receiving sealed bids for Reappraisal and Revaluation Services in connection with the Grand List of October 1, 2018 until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the First Selectman’s Office, 8 Campus Drive, Madison, CT 06443. No bids will be received after said hour. 

The Bid opening will take place at the Town Hall, Meeting Room A IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER. 

Copies of the bid documents, and information may be obtained by contacting Orietta Nucolo at the Assessor’s Office, 203-245-5652 or by downloading below.

All bids are to be addressed to the First Selectman’s Office, Town of Madison, 8 Campus Drive, Madison CT 06443 in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
