Madison voters have determined that the best use of the Academy School space is to build a community center (2022 Referendum). This survey is intended to collect community feedback on potential uses for the facility that will satisfy needs that are currently unmet or underserved by existing town facilities and services. Your feedback is a critical piece of ensuring that the redevelopment of the site includes space that is appropriately configured to best serve those community needs.

The survey should take 3-5 minutes to complete (clarification questions may be added based on your selections). Please note that your responses should also represent the needs and interests of children (and grandchildren) in the community who will not be able to complete the survey themselves.
