Dial-A-Ride is a public transportation service designed to meet the transportation needs of the elderly and disabled. Rides may be used in the 14-town Shoreline Region including medial appointments (1st priority), shopping, personal business and work. A minimum notice of 48 hours is required. The Shoreline Shuttle Estuary Transit District
Routes includes pick up at the Senior Center at 10:20 a.m. and return at 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call 860-510-0429 to make pick-up arrangements. Pre-registration is required.
The 9-Town Transit Bus
The 9-Town Transit Bus (Madison to Old Saybrook) connects with the Dattco Bus to New Haven at the Scranton Gazebo Parking Lot. The TDD and TTY phone number is 800-842-9710.
