Recordings- Please use the Town Hall dropbox or mail recordings to Town Clerk 8 Campus Dr., Madison, CT 06443. The dropbox is located outside of the Town Hall entrance across from the Police Department.
Recordings must be recorded in the order they are received.
For your convenience our online service is available for viewing indexes, and viewing and printing images of land records. This system contains the same data as you will find in the Town Clerk’s office.
Please note that Madison Land Records images and indexes are available from July 11, 1960 to date. Older land records are being added in batches. New recordings will be added and kept up to date as quickly as possible.
