BUSINESS
6. Introduction of Superintendent D. Craig Cooke. 
7. Update from the Health Director on state vaccination plan. 
8. Update from the Ad Hoc Island Avenue School Future Use Committee. 
9. Discuss OLMPA Year-2 Lease Extension Renewal Request. 
10. Discuss and take action on setting standard mileage rate at .56 cents per mile for all business miles driven per IRS guidelines – effective as of January 1, 2021.
11. Discuss and take action to approve calling the Annual Town Meeting via Zoom on Wednesday, January 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. Review State of the Town Report
2.  Review Five-Year Capital Plan
3.  To receive the Annual Report of the permanent Boards, Commissions, Agencies, Committees and the Town’s Auditor Report in accordance with Article II, Section 2.1.4.1 of the Town Charter.
12. Discuss and take action to approve a Donation from Neighbor-2-Neighbor in the amount of $30,000 for the COVID Relief Fund, pending Board of Finance approval. 
13. Discuss and take action to approve a Donation in the amount of $3,000 for Meals on Wheels, pending Board of Finance approval. 
14. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Facilities Department in the amount $4,975.00 to fund expenses incurred due Tropical Storm Isaias, pending Board of Finance approval. 
15. Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the E.C. Scranton Library in the amount of $43,477 to fund support staffing needs from April – June 2021.  
16. Discuss and take action to approve the appointing the following members to the 2021 Ad-Hoc Charter Revision Commission:

17. Appointments / Resignations: 
Jessica Bowler to the Youth & Family Services Board for a term to expire January 1, 2022.
