NEW BUSINESS

13. Discuss and take action to approve a request from the Beach and Recreation Department to purchase a V-Box Spreader and cover for Building & Grounds; funds will come from the Program Equipment Fund.

14. Discuss and take action on setting standard mileage rate at .575 cents per mile for all business miles driven per IRS guidelines – effective as of January 1, 2020. 

15. Discuss Sow, Grow, Savor: an intergenerational edible gardening program at the Madison Senior Center - Austin Hall, Director of Senior Services. 

16. Discuss establishing a permanent Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee.

17. Discuss and take action on calling the Annual Town Meeting for Thursday, Monday, January 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Walter C. Polson Middle School.  In the event of inclement weather, the meeting will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020.  

The purpose of this meeting is to review:
1. Review State of the Town Report
2. Review Five-Year Capital Plan
3. To receive the Annual Report of the permanent Boards, Commissions, Agencies, Committees and the Town’s Auditor Report in accordance with Article II, Section 2.1.4.1 of the Town Charter.
4. Take action to establish a permanent Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. 

18. Discuss and take action to Appoint Henry Griggs as the Municipal Historian for the Town of Madison for a term to expire December 31, 2021. 

19. Discuss and take action to Appoint Trent Joseph as the Town of Madison Plastic Bag Ordinance Enforcement Officer. 

20. Discuss and take action to approve the Amended 2020-2021 Budget Workshop Schedule.
