1.    Call to order.

2.    Approval of minutes of January 19, 2023 meeting.

3.    Interface with Academy Building Committee.

                              --- Building Committee’s interview of five architects on Jan 24.

4.    Review of presentation of survey results to BOS on January 23

5.    ******* 5:45 – 6:45:  ZOOM FOCUS GROUP WITH PERFORMING ARTS ORGANIZATIONS: Sheri to moderate.

6.    Academy Survey results:  posted on town web site on January 24, and emailed to survey respondents who requested them.  Discuss other possible methods to publicize the availability of the survey results.

7.    Review and approval of basic conclusions from the survey results

8.    Other business.
