Update from Weston & Sampson Engineers on Madison Wastewater Facilities Plan (town-wide study)
Discuss status of ARPA Funds and related projects.
Discuss and take action to approve the following appropriations related to ARPA funds:
Return Project Balances totaling $912,038 to the ARPA Fund
Reallocate $100,000 of approved ARPA funds Round 10 for tennis court lighting to the tennis court construction project.
Discuss and take action to approve the ARPA Round 13 projects, not to exceed $301,100; pending Board of Finance approval.
Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation for Madison Center Project Phase III of $315,283, pending Board of Finance and Town Meeting approval.
Discuss and take action to add to the call of the Town Meeting scheduled for February 27, 2023 to approve the following:
2. A Special Appropriation of $315,283 for Phase III of the Madison Center Project.
Discuss and take action on bid award to Hinding Tennis for the High School Tennis Court Replacement at Polson in the amount of $939,500; as approved through the ARPA funding approval process.
Discuss and take action to accept the Facilities Office recommendation report and cost analysis for awarding a contract to remove and replace the Stage Lighting at Daniel Hand High School. This expenditure is funded through CIP.
Discuss and take action to accept a recommendation from the Academy Community Center Building Committee to hire an Architectural and Engineering Services firm and awarding the contract to QA+M Architecture in the amount of $939,000, and to authorize the First Selectwoman to sign all contracts and documents associated with this award.
Discuss and take action to award the proposal for Coastal Engineering Services to SLR International Corporation for the Garvan Point Improvement project in the amount of $147,290 with an alternate for construction phase services to be billed at an hourly rate with an estimated cost of $58,760, and to authorize the First Selectwoman to sign all contracts and documents associated with the award.
Discuss and take action to approve the disposition of six highway vehicles no longer in service by Absolute Auctions & Realty, Inc. per the Disposition of Town Property policy.
Discuss and take action to approve using Childscapes, on State contract, for the replacement of the Surf Club Playground; as approved through the ARPA funding approval process.
Discuss recommendations from the Marijuana Legalization Advisory Committee.
Discuss BOS liaison assignments.
