NEW BUSINESS

5. Discuss and take action to move the Regular Meeting of the Board of Selectmen on Monday, April 22, 2019 to Polson Middle School immediately following the Board of Finance Regular Meeting. 

6. Discuss and take action to call a Budget Public Hearing Thursday, April 22, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Walter C. Polson Middle School in accordance with the Town Charter (10.5.E). 

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss:

1. The Town and Board of Education budgets as recommended by the Board of Finance. 

7. Discuss and take action to approve calling a Public Hearing on Monday, March 18, 2019 as follows: 

The legal voters of the Town of Madison are hereby warned and notified that the Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in Town Campus Room A. 

The purpose of this meeting is to hear comment on:

a. The 2018 Small Cities Community Development Program Application process for Concord Meadows Retirement Community. 

8. Discuss and take action to approve accepting a donation from the Strong Center Organization for the PA system upgrades in the amount of $4,085.00.

9. Discuss and take action to Proclaim March 12, 2019 as Girl Scout Day in the Town of Madison 

10. Presentation from the Bicycle & Pedestrian Advisory Committee of the Complete Streets Annual Report and of a draft map for the Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan. 

11. Update on the Strategic Planning Process. 

12. Discuss and take action to approve members of the Ad-Hoc Academy School Community Center Design Committee. 

13. Citizens comments. 

14. Liaison Reports/Selectmen Comments.
