    3. Renew Madison’s resolution with South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority for participation in a regional household waste collection center for a term of three years spanning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026. The current resolution expires on June 30, 2023.
    4. Approve Town Clerk 2024 Grant Application from the CT State Library for $6,000 for the digital conversion of microfiche land records.

  10. Discuss and take possible action to approve additional ARPA Round 14 funding requests totaling $603,491 subject to Board of Finance approval:
    1. MLL Nelson Fields Lighting/CIP Approved requesting $220,000
    2. Scranton Library – Creative Loft Tools requesting $10,000
    3. MYS/MYF Portable LED Lighting requesting $179,991
    4. Bauer Farming Project Restoration requesting $18,500
    5. VFW Refurbish Post Hall Building requesting $150,000
    6. First Congregational Church – Kitchen remodel requesting $25,000
  11. Discuss and take action to approve a special appropriation of $13,148 for replacement and repairs of remote Radio Site HVAC refurbishment subject to Board of Finance approval.
