17-28. 27 Overbrook Road. Map 103, Lot 9. Owner/Applicant: Robert Geiman. Regulated Activity Permit to add float into upper lake of Madison Lakes.
17-29. East of Race Hill Road. Owner/Applicant: South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority. As-of-Right application for replacement of a culvert pipe over Dowd Hollow Brook.

18-02. 68 Middle Beach Road West. Regulated Activity Permit for proposed creation of a lawn area within the 100 ft. wetlands review area. Approved February 1, 2018.
18-03. 19 Hamilton Drive. Regulated Activity Permit for construction of a dwelling, grading, removal of tennis court, driveway, subsurface sewage disposal system and utilities within the 100 ft. wetland review area. Approved February 5, 2018.
18-04. 175 Copse Road. Map 47, Lot 6. Owner/Applicant: Richard L. Chorney. Regulated Activity Permit to construct a 1,323 sq. ft. addition on the eastern end of the existing upper school building; deck; covered walkway; patio; septic line; and HVAC system within the 100 ft. wetland review area. Approved February 27, 2018.
