  2. Project update from the New School Building Committee.
  3. Review draft Ordinance for Property Tax exemption for Gold Star parents and spouses.
  4. Discuss and take action to approve calling a Public Hearing in Town Campus, Room A and on Zoom on Wednesday, March 27, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. for the following purpose:
    1. Review of draft Ordinance for Property tax exemption for Gold Star parents and spouses.
  5. Discuss and take action to approve calling a Public Hearing in Town Campus, Room A and on Zoom on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. for the following purpose:
    1. Review of draft Ordinance regulating Cannabis sales and cultivation on Town Property
  6. Review and discuss Town welcome sign proposal.
  7. Discuss and take action to award a contract to Titan Energy for the purchase and installation of EV Chargers in the Town of Madison, and to authorize the First Selectwoman to sign all contracts and documents associated with this contract. This project will be funded through an Eversource rebate program and a special appropriation approved in 2022.
  8. Discuss and take action to approve a special appropriation of $61,194.20 for Police Department gear, uniforms, and training; pending Board of Finance approval.
  9. Discuss and take action to approve a projected cost increase for the purchase of a 2023 Ford F550 ambulance re-chassis project for Madison EMS that was previously approved in CIP FY 2021-2022; amount to be funded from the Ambulance Replacement Fund; pending Board of Finance approval.
  10. Discuss and take action to award a contract for Strategic Planning Services.
  11. Discuss liaison assignment to Ad-Hoc Facilities Committee.
