7. Discuss and take action to approve a Proclamation for Green-up, Clean-up Day, April 30, 2022.
8. Discuss and take action to approve calling a Public Hearing on May 23, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in Town Campus Room A and on Zoom to hear comment on the Draft Affordable Housing Plan.
9. Discuss and take action to approve a Line Item Transfer requests from the Youth & Family Services Department in the amounts of $2,500 and $940.00.
10. Discuss and take action to approve Special Appropriation requests as follows:
• From the Emergency Management Department in the amount of $16,721.92 to fund expenses due to Hurricane Henri; pending Board of Finance Approval.
• From the Selectman’s Office in the amount of $75,000 to fund the Legal Services account; pending Board of Finance and Town Meeting approval.
• As reviewed in the Budget process, from the First Selectwoman in the amount of $29,147 for the purchase of electronic speed signs as requested in the 2022/23 budget request; pending Board of Finance and Town Meeting approval.
• As reviewed in the Budget process, from the First Selectwoman in the amount of $290,000 into the major roads account to fund road paving; pending Board of Finance and Town Meeting approval.
11. Discuss and take action to approve calling a Town Meeting to approve the following:
• A Special Appropriation in the amount of $75,000 to fund the Legal Services account; pending Board of Finance approval.
• A Special Appropriation in the amount of $29,147 for the purchase of electronic speed signs as requested in the 2022/23 budget request; pending Board of Finance approval.
• A Special Appropriation in the amount of $290,000 into the major roads account to fund road paving; pending Board of Finance approval.
12. Discuss and take action to approve awarding the RFP/RFQ for Owner’s Representative Services for the New Pre-K to 5 Elementary School, the Brown Intermediate School Alterations and the Polson Middle School Renovations project to Colliers International; and to allow the First Selectwoman to negotiate and sign a contract in accordance with the RFP/RFQ.
13. Discuss and take action to approve awarding the RFP for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Brown Intermediate School Alterations project.
14. Discuss timeline for review of short-term rental policy options.
