11.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request of $75,000.00 to fund the Legal Services account. 

12.    Discuss and take action to approve a Special Appropriation request from the Health Department of $12,500.00 for HazWaste Services; pending Board of Selectmen approval 

13.    Discuss and take action appoint MahoneySabol the Auditors for the Town of Madison, 2023-2024 FY.
